Financial Year 2025–26 concluded on a measured note, shaped by prevailing geopolitical conditions and the sustained rise in memory and SSD prices due to global supply chain constraints. Despite these external challenges, Newel Infotech remained resilient, focused, and growth-oriented.

As we enter FY 2026–27 — marking the 34th year of our journey we reflect with pride on our steady evolution from modest beginnings to becoming a respected name in India’s IT ecosystem. Our footprint continues to expand year-on-year, and we remain committed to strengthening our position as a trusted and future-ready technology partner.

The technology landscape is continuously evolving. At Newel, agility and innovation remain central to our strategy. We consistently enable customers to transition from legacy environments to next-generation, cutting-edge platforms while ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Strategic Focus: Managed Services as a Core Offering

In the coming year, we will make a decisive strategic shift by positioning Managed Services as an integral and mandatory component of our overall value proposition. Services will no longer be an optional add-on — they will form the backbone of every customer engagement.
Our approach will evolve from solution delivery to lifecycle management. Every infrastructure deployment will be complemented by proactive monitoring, cybersecurity oversight, SLA-driven governance, optimisation services, and long-term technical support.
This strategic direction will enable:
  • Stronger customer retention and deeper engagement
  • Predictable recurring revenue streams
  • Enhanced service quality and measurable SLAs
  • Greater operational visibility and resilience for our customers
On the services front, we are collaborating closely with HPE and leading cybersecurity partners to build a specialised NOC and cybersecurity platform that will significantly strengthen our managed service capabilities. We are also assembling a dedicated local team to provide 24/7 technical assistance to our growing customer base.
To further enhance service excellence, we are inducting enterprise-grade engineers to support ongoing and future projects. We are aligning ourselves with ITIL best practices and progressing toward ISO 9001 certification to reinforce governance, quality assurance, and operational discipline.
