How Preorders Work

  • Receive a proforma invoice with full order details
  • Pay 15% deposit
  • Procurement begins (standard delivery timeframe: 5–6 weeks)
  • Weekly order updates
  • Goods arrive, prepared and final documentation sent
  • Pay remaining balance and arrange collection, or request a delivery quote
